Our property has been welcoming guests for years with a passion for the outdoors and a love for our community. What started as a quiet spot for camping has grown into a go-to destination for families and friends alike. Through the years, we've stayed true to our roots—offering a peaceful, friendly place where memories are made. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are you open year round?
A: Yes, all of our sites and rental spaces will be available for reservations year round.
Q: What time can I check in?
A: Check in for all sites is 3 pm or after. You will receive a text with check in instructions the day before your check in. For the cabins it will include everything you need for self check in including a door code.
Q: Can I check in early?
A: Yes, we do have an early check in policy.
- Cabin early check in fee is $15 per hour. Any check in prior to 12 PM would be charged 50% of one night.
- For tents and RVs, if you are checking in between 12 PM and 3 PM there will be a $15 early check in fee. Check ins prior to 12 will be charged 50% of one night.
Q: What time is check out?
A: We have separate check out times for our cabins and tent/RV sites.
-Cabin check out time is 12PM. Late check out fee is $15 per hour. Any check out after 3 PM would be charged 50% of one night.
-Check out time for RV/tent sites is 1 PM. Any check out between 1 PM and 4 PM will be charged $15. Checkout after 4 PM will be charged 50% of one night.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel prior to two weeks from your reservation date you will be charged a minimum of $35 or 6% of your reservation. If you cancel less then two weeks from Your reservation date you will be charged a one night stay. If you cancel less than one week from your reservation date there will be no refund.
~There will be no refunds for PSU Blue&White games, regular season games, and graduation weekends, holiday weekends~
We do offer worry free booking (for an extra 10% of your reservation amount) which is processed through a third party and will allow you to apply for a full reservation refund within 14 days of your reservation date for unexpected illnesses, Medical issues, injury, or immediate relative emergencies.
Q: What is there to do at your campground?
A: We have a lot of activities throughout the campground for all ages. Here are some of the activities you can enjoy at Hartman Center Campground: Swimming pool, sand volleyball, basketball courts, pickleball, tetherball, playsets, approximately 2 miles of hiking trails, a fishing pond, and much more.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes we do! We allow pets up to 35 lbs in our park model rentals, and there is no weight limit on pets for our tent and RV sites. All pets staying in park model rentals must be registered on the reservation, and additional fees will apply. Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste in any part of the property.
